Newburg Hopewell Fire Company

In less than a year, this fire department building was up and running to serve the community.

The Newburg-Hopewell Volunteer Fire Company had grown to the point where a new building was needed to accommodate the department’s equipment and volunteers. In under a year, Mowery was able to construct their brand new building.

The new firehouse contains a four door apparatus bay for vehicles and equipment, several offices for administration and operation, and a 1,900 sf assembly room for training and meeting purposes. As volunteer comfort and availability are crucial to any fire department, the building includes bunk rooms, lockers and showers. A full kitchen and dining room are available for the company as well as for the community to rent for events.
