Ask our president and owner, Seth Hughes, what he values most, and he’ll tell you – it’s the safety of the team first. Our employees and vendors who work on our job sites are more than just masons, engineers and project managers – they are fathers, mothers, sons and daughters first. Our priority is to ensure they return home safely each night to their families.

Each day, our team conducts daily huddles at each job site where we proactively share information on issues and concerns. Our Safety Committee includes members from all areas of the company, and members are rotated annually to always have fresh insights and perspectives.
