Renovated Downtown Harrisburg apartments

Living downtown is convenient and an attractive option for many people spanning all walks of life. Mowery was grateful to have the opportunity to be part of this renovation project to improve the quality of living spaces. This apartment renovation included improvements to the lobby and floors 2 through 6 at 12-22 S. Third Street. The finished space produced 15 apartments, consisting of approximately 16,000 square feet of renovations.
