Koch 33 Automotive, based in Easton, Pennsylvania, has worked with Mowery on cutting-edge automotive facilities over the last several years. Koch chose Mowery to be their design-build contractor because of Mowery’s deep experience in the automotive market and familiarity of the Toyota brand.

Challenge

Collision centers are an increasing trend and growth area for automotive dealerships, and Koch 33 saw the opportunity to expand their footprint in this market. Koch partnered with Mowery to work on a new, full-service collision center along with two other projects at their Easton location. In addition, Mowery completed a renovation and expansion project for their Toyota dealership.

Solution

Mowery, along with the leadership team at Koch, worked seamlessly with the local, regional and national Toyota team to build an award-winning, LEED-certified facility with top-notch amenities. In 2018, Mowery will build an exciting new Ford dealership for Koch.
