This project ranks as one of Mowery’s largest industrial buildings ever constructed.

At 1.2 million square feet, Matrix Lot 6 was one of Mowery’s largest warehouse builds to date. A project of this magnitude required extensive planning, careful attention to detail, and proper communication strategy. Coordination and scheduling of subcontractors was efficiently completed by utilizing Procore® software and daily huddle meetings. With Mowery’s extensive experience in the industrial construction industry, though challenging, the Matrix Lot 6 project was completed to the client’s satisfaction.
