Mowery served as the Design-Build contractor for the Freysinger Hyundai Additions and Alterations project, delivering a comprehensive transformation and expansion of the existing dealership. The project included more than 17,000 square feet of additions and renovations, enhancing both customer-facing and operational areas.

The scope of work featured a new parts and service shop addition along with an expanded showroom designed to elevate the customer experience and improve workflow efficiency. Structural remodeling was also completed to support updated Hyundai branding standards, creating a more modern and cohesive facility appearance. Through thoughtful design and execution, the project successfully balanced functional improvements with a refreshed, brand-aligned aesthetic, strengthening the dealership’s ability to serve both customers and staff.
