Employee Spotlight – Meet Tanner Bogaczyk

Constantly growing and always finding new ways to accomplish different tasks – it’s not only what Tanner Bogaczyk believes about the construction industry, but it’s also what he brings to his role as project engineer every day.

Tanner joined Mowery two years ago with a civil engineering degree and enjoys being part of a company that does everything possible to ensure the client is pleased with the end result.

“Everyone works together to accomplish something bigger than ourselves,” he says. “It’s a giant family with the perfect balance of working hard and playing hard.”

Tanner has found the team at Mowery is always developing new ways to accomplish project and operational tasks. He is proud to be part of a team where clients trust Mowery to complete the highest-quality job on time and on budget.

With three years of industry experience, Tanner is excited about continuing to complete interesting projects at Mowery, where he works with many repeat clients. Tanner received his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and he also has an Engineer in Training certification.

In his free time, Tanner can be found outdoors hunting, hiking, running or playing golf. He is always available to talk about Penn State football and enjoys watching SportsCenter. If he could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to Alaska to see the beautiful nature and wildlife.
