Multiple obstacles were overcome to complete this accelerated industrial warehouse renovation.

ACE Hardware North East was an accelerated renovation and fit-out to an existing Fredericksburg, PA warehouse. The project required an extremely strict timeline of less than a year. Mowery added a 206,875 square foot addition, renovated 874,000 square feet of existing space, and installed 30,000 square feet of high end office space. Mowery overcame quality control challenges by utilizing ProCore Software to the maximum. Despite facing obstacles from construction in the winter and electrical issues from hurricane Maria, Mowery finished this project on time and on budget.
