The enhancements were critical for dealership incentives, vehicle inventory allocations, and strengthening relationships with manufacturers.

Precision Execution & Strategic Upgrades
Mowery’s scope included adding a striking branding wall (sail wall) to showcase the Lexus logo, reframing parapets, and installing new ACM panels to elevate the dealership’s aesthetic. Additionally, minor interior renovations refreshed the service writer area, aligning the customer experience with Lexus’ luxury image.

Overcoming Challenges in an Active Dealership
Executing construction while keeping the dealership fully operational required careful scheduling and phased execution. Our team managed site logistics efficiently, ensuring customer safety and minimizing disruption to ongoing sales and service operations. Saw-cutting and structural tie-ins were performed with minimal interference, allowing Rahal Lexus to continue business as usual.

Schedule & Budget Optimization
With ACM panels requiring a volatile 12–14-week lead time, the Mowery team meticulously managed subcontractors to maintain the project schedule. Operating under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, we not only delivered the project within budget but also returned a substantial amount of savings to the owner, despite added scope and unforeseen conditions.

Sustainability & Quality Commitment
Rahal Lexus’ façade upgrade incorporated modern LED fixtures and utilized local subcontractors and materials, reducing environmental impact and transportation costs. Our rigorous quality control process ensured top-tier craftsmanship, with in-house structural expertise allowing for seamless on-site design adjustments.

Transparent Communication & Trusted Partnership
