Libraries are the heart of communities. Offering free access to the internet and thousands of books about thousands of topics, libraries provide residents with endless knowledge. The Bosler Memorial Library was experiencing an increase in usage – over 900 people were using the library each day – becoming the busiest library in the Cumberland County Library System. Mowery designed and built an addition that resulted in a larger children’s library with a dedicated story time room and doubled the space for young library users. Improved access to high-speed internet and reference database computers, an expanded fiction, spoken books, a DVD wing and a new community meeting room are highlights of the renovated building.
