This industrial construction project is Mowery’s first project in West Virginia. Standing at 356,700 square feet, this warehouse was built and fit-out for a client for half of the single loaded building. This industrial construction project utilized precast concrete walls to offer thermal efficiency, easier maintenance and versatility in design.
