Cross Keys Village – Harmony Ridge Phase 1 & 2

After partnering with SFCS Architects as well as our trusted subcontractors, Mowery set to work bringing each phase of the Cross Keys Village Harmony Ridge project to life.

The first phase focused on transforming an existing billiard room into a multifunctional space, incorporating a bathroom, pantry, and cooler for a kitchen by demolishing existing walls.

Phase 2 represented the largest endeavor, spanning over 24,000 SF across 13 months. Renovations to the dining hall included the addition of a rounded corridor with a unique “green roof,” featuring grass visible from residents’ patios.

The comprehensive overhaul encompassed the modernization of patios, introduction of a theater, stage area, equipment room, wellness center, lounge, updated bathrooms, pool room, offices, storage, and art rooms tailored for classes.

The final phase concentrated on 13,500 SF across three floors within the building, lasting four months. This phase, handled by Margie Stapf Interiors, primarily focused on rejuvenating the lobby and hallways, incorporating new finishes, carpeting, paint, and access walls to revitalize the overall aesthetic and functionality.

For all phases of this project, the building was in use with residents living there. Safety is our top priority and Mowery was prepared for this challenge with dust partitions to keep residents safe.
