Based in Martinsburg, WV, this multi-phase warehouse project for Hines is now complete. The project consisted of two phases, including public road/right of way improvements, construction of two industrial buildings totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, and pad preparation for a third building. This project took Mowery back to West Virginia for another large-scale industrial project and showcased our commitment to scalable development.
