These newly renovated spaces help give animals a happier life as they wait for their forever homes.

The Humane Society of Harrisburg Area partners animals who need loving homes with families and individuals who will provide them full, rich lives. Through the work of staff and volunteers, their facility provides shelter, food, and veterinary services for animals who currently do not have a home. Mowery renovated various areas of their building including the cat area, front desk/shop space, and veterinary service center to help the organization better fulfill their mission. The new cat area provides space for volunteers to interact and play with the cats as well as give the cats time to relax, socialize and watch the fish tank – contributing to providing the animals with a better life. Upon entering the building, visitors are welcomed into a spacious shop area where they can purchase pet care items, apparel, and gifts for animal lovers – all of which helps to further support the organization. Newly renovated veterinary center space gives professionals the most optimal conditions to provide the best care for the animals.
