New healthcare facility provides space for multiple medical offices in Chambersburg, PA

When Keystone Health – Chambers Hill Professional Center was looking for a contractor who could build a 68,209 square foot, two-story medical facility in Chambersburg, PA, they knew Mowery was the team to call.

Providing construction management services and designing the building’s structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, Mowery was able to deliver a notable facility that is home to an urgent care center, pediatric office, dental office and other medical centers that serve the local community.

However, this project did not come together without a few hurdles. After discovering water in the basement area of the construction site, the team had to quickly adapt.
