Newest sustainable industrial project comes to market.

Mowery recently completed and is finalizing the LEED Certification for Logistics Property Company’s Logistics 83 project in York, Pennsylvania. This project consists of 667,510 sf of sustainable industrial space with great access throughout the mid-Atlantic region via the 83 corridor. The property not only has great access but excellent visibility from I-83. Mowery and LPC worked together closely to control building costs in a time of rising costs, supply chain logistics issues and product availability and finished the project under budget.

This project was Mowery’s 8th LEED Certified Warehouse, leading the region. Our team includes several LEED Accredited Professionals who are able to navigate the design, construction and documentation process with very little change to the normal procedures.
