Key Logistics Park is comprised of 3 industrial buildings that cover a 207 acre campus, bringing job growth to the local community. The PANCAL/Panattoni Unilever Distribution Center building was designed for storing and distributing household and healthcare goods. The construction process of the 1,370,200 SF facility took just under a year to reach move-in ready status for the tenant.
