Mowery worked closely with the BMW headquarters in Germany to complete this addition to their existing building.

Prologis BMW was not new territory for Mowery. In 2008, Mowery helped construct the existing 870,000 SF building. After a short 5 months, their existing facility grew. BMW reached out and requested an addition to their facility and now has 1.22 million SF of warehouse space. This project was accepted with the understanding that a quick turn-around time was needed.

Keeping clients constantly aware of a project’s status is always a goal of Mowery’s. The BMW headquarters in Germany closely monitored the project with live Ox-Blue cameras streaming during the life of the project.

One of Mowery’s foundations is to listen to understand; We listened with open minds and even implemented some of BMW’s ideas for concepts/details.
