Over 11 months, Mowery managed the construction of three corporate buildings for Shaffer Trucking including new offices, maintenance facility, and inspection space. Shaffer trucking is a subsidiary of Crete Carrier based in Lincoln, NE. Crete is one of the largest carrier companies in the USA and Shaffer manages their east coast deliveries.

Mowery was included during the conceptual design phase and developed innovative solutions to provide the client optimal results while drastically lowering the overall budget. Mowery expertly coordinated communication and quality control between the owner, architect, engineers and the Mowery team. Pre-fabrication was utilized to bypass potential on-site challenges and streamline the construction process to complete the project on time.

The new three building building headquarters for Shaffer will provide room for growth as well as increased efficiencies with all maintenance building and an inspection building.
