Mowery’s Design-Build adds valuable space to existing dealership

When choosing a design-build contractor who could complete a multi-building renovation and addition project on time and on budget, Sun Motor Cars BMW/Mercedes Benz knew Mowery was the team to call. As one of the most complex projects our team has completed to date, challenges had to be overcome, which included keeping both the BMW and Mercedes Benz facilities open during construction.

By developing unique solutions, our team was able to provide the client with an additional 7,200 square feet of showroom and service center space. The final build provides improved showrooms, amenities and a dedicated car delivery/hand off location for BMW and Mercedes Benz clients, which have all positively impacted sales.
