This sleek warehouse design received LEED certification.

Warehouses are not typically known for their cutting-edge design. However, this project kept design in mind as it was built to meet LEED certification standards. Construction included extensive use of recycled and locally sourced materials throughout the building. Energy efficient fluorescent lighting with an advanced energy control system were installed to maximize savings. The building also features Highly sustainable commercial interiors and an abundance of natural light that helps reduce energy bills and also improves employee morale.
