A new construction of an affordable housing apartment complex expands the Presbyterian Senior Living Community.

Located in Philipsburg, PA, Windy Hill Village, a Presbyterian Senior Living Community, is an affordable housing apartment building. The facility includes two apartment buildings (Westminster Place I & II) as well as a new personal care wing for accessible resident care. Westminster Place I includes all new construction of a 36- unit apartment building. Each floor of this apartment building is equipped with activity rooms and laundry facilities. The first floor also contains a community cafeteria where residents can gather for events or meet a friend for a meal.
