Ike joined Mowery in 2014 and has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. As a General Superintendent, Ike works closely with the Project Superintendents, Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and local authorities to ensure several of our projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with the contract documents. Below is a Q&A with Ike on his time here at Mowery.
Q: How do you define success?
A: I view success as having everything you ever wanted that money can’t buy.
Q: How do you start and end your days?
A: I start and end every day with prayer.
Q: What was your favorite project you did with Mowery?
A: My favorite was Phase 1 at Koch Motors. I really enjoyed working with the owner and the buildings all turned out great!
Q: How many square footage do you think you have worked on since starting here at Mowery?
A: 3-4 million square feet.
The actual answer is over 2,700,000 square feet – you could round up to 3 million.
Q: What is your favorite part about working in the construction industry?
A: I like being able to see a building go up from start to finish and creating the friendships with other tradesmen.
