Construction Company announces new President

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – R. S. Mowery & Sons, a Mechanicsburg-based, industry leading construction company, is proud to announce David Cross, of York, as the new President and Chief Operating Officer. The company’s former President, Donald Mowery, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

“With more than 30 years of construction and real estate experience, we are confident David is a leader who will continue to guide this company, focusing on the high quality work and strong values for which we are known,” said Mowery. “We’ve had the honor of being a part of this community since 1925 and we’re committed to keeping those relations strong into the future.”

Cross holds a bachelor’s degree from Messiah College and most recently served as President of Management Solutions for ROCK Commercial Real Estate in York. In his new role as President and COO of R. S. Mowery & Sons, he will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the company including contract negotiation and management, quality control and client relations.
