Office Renovations & Expansions
The Swarner Mansion
The Carlisle Chamber of Commerce needed to update their space housed in this historic Carlisle, PA, mansion. It was essential to pay tribute to the building’s history while providing more functional space. Through research, finishes and hardware were selected to align with the history. Private offices and a large boardroom were added, and enhancements were made to the break room. Bathroom renovations and lighting efficiency improvements were implemented all within 80 days.
Tenant Improvement and Fit-Outs
SAIA Trucking Terminal Upgrade
Needing to meet ongoing customer demand, the renovations featured new dock doors, a dock office, and the creation of a main office. Having not been renovated for decades, Mowery incorporated new electrical, plumbing, and other systems to bring the structure modern. They also added an exterior ADA accessible entrance ramp and completed a total renovation to the interior of the building. The new upgraded Carlisle, PA, terminal provided the much-needed additional space to serve customers.

Mowery transformed the 10,900 square foot, outdated space into a beautiful office arrangement while working on a tight timeline on the sixth floor of a high-rise. Serving as the general contractor, Mowery worked with Harristown Development Corporation and By Design Consulting, Inc. to bring the client’s vision to life by applying unique solutions to overcome unexpected issues.
