Mowery Construction headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA is proud to announce they have entered into an agreement to acquire approximately seven key employees from Cumberland Design & Building Company of Carlisle, which recently announced its intentions to cease operations later this year.
The transition is expected to be finalized by February 24, 2020 and will effectively result in both organizations joining together under the Mowery name with one united team working to deliver a remarkable construction experience.
“This addition is a great opportunity to build on the strengths of both organizations,” said David Cross, President of Mowery. “It will allow us to increase the number of team members and expand our Special Projects Group’s capabilities throughout the region to better service our clients.”
Cumberland Design & Building Company will close their location and employees will relocate into Mowery’s headquarters.
