Regional, industry-leading construction company expands team with the addition of Rhashad Scales

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Mowery, an industry-leading construction company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the addition of Rhashad Scales to the team as media specialist in business development.
Rhashad Scales joins the business development team as media specialist. In his role, Scales will be responsible for photography, videography, video editing and social media. He will capture not only internal photographs, such as headshots of new employees, but also travel to active construction sites to capture photographs and videos. Additionally, Scales will assist with video editing and social media content creation.
“I have watched Rhashad evolve from an intern learning the ropes of the construction industry to now a full-time employee capturing remarkable photographs and video footage that not only enhances our marketing and business development efforts, but client experience as well,” said David Cross, owner and president of Mowery.
Scales holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a focus on telecommunication from Bloomsburg University. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Scales served as a marketing intern at Mowery where he gained effective communication, problem solving, team building and content marketing skills.
