Mowery Hires Project Engineer

Regional, industry-leading construction company hires Scott Miller to assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of construction projects.

MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA – Mowery, an industry-leading construction company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the addition of Marysville, Pennsylvania native, Scott Miller to the team as project engineer.

“As we continue to expand our services and take on more projects, it is critical we add new talent to our team so we can provide a remarkable construction experience. We recently hired Scott Miller to fulfill the project engineer position. With a diverse background in the construction industry, Scott has the skill sets needed to plan, coordinate, and oversee our large and small projects,” said Seth Hughes, president at Mowery.

In 2013, Miller graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in computer information systems. Prior to joining the Mowery team, Miller worked for construction companies in both Pennsylvania and Ohio performing remodels, ensuring quality control, managing budgets, hiring subcontractors, purchasing materials, and more.  

In his new role, Miller will assist Mowery’s project superintendents and managers in the planning, coordination, and oversight of all construction projects. Responsibilities could include managing field employees and subcontractors, coordinating materials, managing project budgets, client communication, and more.
