Regional, industry-leading construction company hires vice president of operations to oversee organizational performance and success.

MECHANICSBURG, PA. – Mowery, an industry-leading construction company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the addition of Dillsburg native, Garry Stine, to the team as vice president of operations.

“With over 21 years’ experience in project management and operations, Garry’s skill sets will allow him to effectively oversee safety initiatives, quality control, client experiences, schedules, budgets and more. His knowledge and background managing operations in the construction industry make him the right fit for this position,” said David Cross, owner and CEO of Mowery.

Garry Stine attended Slippery Rock University. He began working in the construction industry and has served in several senior roles in pre-construction and operations. In his previous position, Stine served as project manager. At Mowery, in his role of vice president of operations, Stine will be responsible for expanding preconstruction operations, refining scheduling processes, enhancing project accounting, and improving the quality control program with a focus on building envelope construction.
