Regional, industry-leading construction company hires Connor Line, director of risk management and Andrew Stotler, project manager at Mechanicsburg, PA location.

MECHANICSBURG, PA. – Mowery, an industry-leading construction company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the addition of Central PA natives, Connor Line and Andrew Stotler to the team. Line will serve as director of risk management and Stotler will serve as project manager.

“As our projects and capabilities expand, it is critical we add new talent to our team. We recently fulfilled an available position at Mowery, director of risk management. As a fully licensed attorney, Connor has the skill sets needed to successfully draft, review, and negotiate our contracts,” said Seth Hughes, president at Mowery.

In 2016, Connor Line graduated from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to joining the Mowery team, Line worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and The Banks Law Group drafting, filing, and prosecuting motions; managing active caseloads specific to family law and expungement/pardon clients; and reviewing legal documents. In his most recent role, Line served as a buyer’s agent and realtor where he drafted contracts, negotiated with sellers, and assisted with legal documentation specific to the buying and selling of properties.

In his new role, Line will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and stability of all individuals, assets, and processes across the organization

“Mowery is also growing our operations team with the addition of Andrew Stotler. Andrew brings a range of construction experience to our team including field experience, design engineering, project management, and green construction in several industries,” said Seth Hughes, president at Mowery.

Stotler graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental systems engineering. Today, he is pursuing a Master of Engineering in project management from the University of Maryland while fulfilling his professional duties as a project manager. Prior to joining the Mowery team, Stotler served as both an engineer and project manager for engineering firms and construction companies across the mid-state.

As a project manager, Stotler will be responsible for managing the field teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, leading and motivating an on-site workforce including subcontractors, and coordinating laborers and materials.
