What is your professional philosophy on construction and operations?
I believe healthy, positive relationships are key to our longevity and success. Being a trusted partner to our clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, as well as our employees, is fundamental to our success delivering projects safely, timely, and responsibly.
What specific areas will be your focus as you take over operations?
I plan to focus on expanding Operations collaboration with preconstruction; refining our scheduling processes; increasing our role in project accounting; and enhancing our quality control program with focus on building envelope construction.
What do you think are the strengths you will bring to Mowery & its clients in this role?
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my position is being able to help employees reach their greatest potential. I believe in being a servant leader, helping employees develop and perform as highly as possible. I have been recognized for the depth of my knowledge about the construction industry. I hope that by sharing my experiences and knowledge, our employees can continue to grow in their own development.
