Employee Spotlight: Randy Patterson

With 25 years of CAD experience in the construction industry, Randy Patterson has become an invaluable member of the Mowery team. It’s his belief of being honest and fair all while maintaining a set client timeline that he holds at utmost importance.

As design coordinator, Randy creates the physical interior and exterior plans for projects ranging anywhere from a small retail fit-out to a 29,000 SF car dealership building. Randy received an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology when most architectural drawings were completed by hand. As technology in construction evolved over the years, Randy gained ample experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and more recently learned Revit, a software used for building information modeling (BIM).

When asked what he enjoys about working at Mowery Randy said, “The family atmosphere that is displayed from the top management downward. Also, the ability to learn from the knowledgeable team members in the company.”

Randy is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time with his family – especially watching his oldest daughter play college soccer.
